Terms of Service

By signing in to or using SynergyOne AI COS (the “Service”), available at aicos.synergyone.vn and its related sub-services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, your employment contract, the Company’s internal policies, or your written agreement with the Company. If they conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

The Service is an internal business system of ActsOne Vietnam Co., Ltd. It is not a public service and is not offered, sold or licensed to the general public.

• Accounts are created only by the Company, by invitation. There is no public registration.
• Only Company employees and business partners engaged by the Company (such as brand partners, content creators and contractors) may use the Service, and only for the Company's business.
• Each user may access only the brands, features and data their role allows.
• The Company may suspend or remove access at any time. Access ends when your employment or business engagement ends.

ActsOne Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a company registered and operating in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, with its principal office at 20, 01st., Him Lam, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It maintains a parent company relationship with ActsOne Corp. (Republic of Korea).

The Service supports the Company’s short-form content operations for the brands it distributes in Vietnam, including:

• Collecting and organizing source videos, images and product information.
• Producing and editing short-form clips and captions, including with AI assistance.
• Reviewing and approving content before it is published.
• Publishing approved content to social and commerce channels the Company manages.
• Measuring content performance and reporting to the Company and its brand partners.

The Company may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

• Keep your password and sign-in links confidential. Do not share your account.
• Use the “Trust this device” option only on devices you control.
• Tell the Company immediately at support@actsone.vn if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for actions taken with your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Upload or publish content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or misleading.
• Publish to a channel you are not authorized to manage, or connect personal accounts that are not used for Company business.
• Violate the rules of the platforms the Service publishes to, including their community guidelines and advertising policies.
• Copy, export or disclose data from the Service outside the Company's business without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the Company's systems.
• Disrupt or overload the Service, or use automated tools to extract data without written permission.
• Upload viruses, malware or other malicious code, or impersonate another person.

The Service connects to third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Shopee, using access that an authorized user grants through each platform’s own sign-in. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing to YouTube through the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Service’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the channel in the Service.

Content created or uploaded in the course of work belongs to the Company, the brand owner, or the relevant licensor, as set out in the applicable agreement. You confirm that you have the rights needed for any content you upload, including the consent of people who appear in it.

The Service, its software, design and the names SynergyOne, BBIA, hince and other brand names shown in it are the property of the Company or its licensors and partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to them beyond use of the Service for the Company’s business.

Information in the Service, including unpublished content, product, campaign, sales and performance data, is confidential business information of the Company and its partners. Do not disclose it outside the Company’s business, during or after your use of the Service.

The Service uses AI to suggest edits, captions, hooks and other content. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Content must be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before it is published, and the approving user is responsible for checking product facts, offers and brand rules.

The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms or when your employment or engagement ends. Sections on content, confidentiality, disclaimers and limitation of liability continue to apply after termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” for internal business use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data, statistics and AI output shown in it are complete or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Vietnamese law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

These Terms are written in English. If a translated version differs, the English version prevails.

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, disruption of internet or telecommunications services, or outages and policy changes of third-party platforms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be shown by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
